Our story
Divad Partners was founded on a simple frustration: too many executive searches were run by generalists who couldn't tell a staff engineer from a VP. Our founders, former engineering and product leaders, set out to build the firm they wished had called them.
Today, Divad places C-suite and senior technical leaders at venture-backed startups, growth-stage companies and public enterprises.
